Mrs. Andrea Ruth Odom Ward, 25, of Donalsonville, Ga., died in the ER of Donalsonville Hospital in Donalsonville, on Tuesday, April 16, 2013.

Her funeral will be held Saturday, April 20, at 11 a.m., in the Evangel Temple Assembly of God Church in Bainbridge, with the Rev. Steve Poppell and Pastor Ken Davidson officiating.

Burial will follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery, with Rev. Milton Harrison officiating. Active pallbearers will be Roy Odom Jr., Gary Davis, William Hurst, Steve Novak, James Bradley Hanks, Wesley Lewis, Will Rudd and Greg Fletcher.

Mrs. Ward was born in Bainbridge on June 26, 1987. She has an CNA degree but was continuing her education at Bainbridge State College in the LPN nursing program. She was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church, but had been attending the Evangel Temple Assembly of God. She loved her family and her beloved dogs.

Her survivors include her husband, Charles T. Ward Jr. of Donalsonville; her father, Woodrow Odom of Bainbridge; her mother and step-father, Audrey Terlisner Nix and Johnny of Cairo, Ga.; two sisters, Lexie Odom of Bainbridge, and Sierra Nix of Cairo; two brothers, Kyle Spooner of Bainbridge and Case Nix of Cairo; grandparents, Palestine and Leonard Pearce of Bainbridge, two aunts, Becky Lewis and Will Rudd of Climax, and Kathy Davis and Gary of Leesburg, Ga.; an uncle, Sam Odom and Barbara of Bainbridge and a host of other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home, Inc., of Blakely, Ga., is in charge of arrangements.
