The Media Bass eastern region team championship will be held Sept. 7-8 on Lake Seminole, with each day’s launch taking place from the Earle May Boat Basin in Bainbridge.

Team entries are requested to be mailed in no later than Monday, Sept. 2. Early entry is not required but strongly encouraged, for tournament planning purposes. Entries must be received by Sept. 2 to guarantee an exact T-shirt size.

Lake Seminole will be off-limits to any teams fishing in the tournament between Sept. 2-4. Official practice days will be held on September 5-6, with final registration taking place between 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 6.

Launch will be at safe light from the Earle May Boat Basin on both days of the tournament. Saturday’s weigh-in will be at 3 p.m., while Sunday’s final weigh-in will be at 2 p.m.

Teams who have qualified for the post-season by fishing in previous Media Bass events are eligible to enter.

The entry fee is $200 per team and includes eligibility for the daily Big Bass Pot, as well as t-shirts, caps and koozies. The tournament boasts an 85 percent minimum payback.
