The annual Bainbridge Kiwanis Club 5K and 10K River Runs will be Saturday at 9 a.m.
Registration gets underway a 7.30 a.m. and the runs will start and end in the Earle May Boat Basin beach area.
The registration fee will be $20. There will be a no-shirt option of $15.
The 10,000 meter run, which has been certified by USA Track and Field, allows runners to experience the challenge of a very steep, although short, hill climb just past the four mile point.
Special awards will be presented to the overall male and female winners of both runs. Three deep awards will also be given in each age group and door prizes will be drawn all who participate.
There will be runners from Southwest Georgia, Southeast Alabama and North Florida.
The races are a Kiwanis fund raising project and community service event.
