Around 6 a.m. Tuesday morning, BPS Officer Chris Prindle responded to an entering auto incident at a College Street residence. The residents stated that two vehicles appeared to have been rummaged through and a Vera Wang change purse, phone charger and set of keys were stolen.
Officer Prindle had escorted two juvenile females he witnessed in the area of the residence home just after 4 a.m. One of the juveniles had a car phone charger with her, according to the incident report.

The purse, pocket knife and prescriptions were later reported stolen after another entering auto incident was reported on College Street.

According to the incident report, one juvenile was also charged with one count of aggravated cruelty to animals after “she grabbed a small brown and white puppy by the neck and slammed it into the ground” as she was being taken into investigative custody.
The juveniles have since been released to their respective parents.
