Daisy Lavern Brown,93, passed away on Dec. 24 at Memorial nursing home in Bainbridge.
Mrs. Brown was born in Climax, on March 22,1921.
She was preceded in death by her father Elijah Thomas, mother Maude Strickland, husband Robert Brown, daughter Sandra Paschal.
Mrs. Brown is survived by her son, Curtis Brown of Colquitt; daughters, Joan Carter and her husband Kenneth, and Jo Simmons and her husband Stacy both of Lake Seminole; her 8 grandchildren; her 11 great-grandchildren; her brother, Leslie Thomas; and her sister, Tunis Rogers.
The funeral service was held at Ft. Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral home in Ft Myers Florida on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 11.00 am with Rev. Mark Bricker and Kenneth Miller officiating.
