Sandra Kay Miller Scott, age 55, of Iron City, GA passed away Thursday morning, Feb. 26, 2015 at Donalsonville Hospital ER.
Funeral services for Mrs. Scott will be held on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, with Rev. Ellis Hardwick officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service and then a private family burial will be held at New Enterprise Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Iron City, Ga. with Tony Josey, B.J. VanHousen, Terrelle Smith, Russell McLendon, Ronald Worthington, and Carl Ingram serving as active casketbearers.
Mrs. Scott was born in Arlington, California on August 26, 1959 to Sherman Miller and Emma Mae Dyches Miller. She was a graduate of Bainbridge High School and a member of the Baptist Faith. Mrs. Scott was a homemaker.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Terril Scott of Brinson; her son, Todd Collins of Iron City; her father, Sherman Miller of Iron City; two brothers, Michael Miller and Ricky A. Miller, both of Iron City, and a sister, Renee White of Albany, Ga. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by her mother, Emma Mae Dyches Miller.
Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
