Danielle Gaines Giddens

Danielle Gaines Giddens, age 28 of Newport News, Va., passed away Monday, October 19, 2015. Funeral services for Mrs .Giddens will be held on Sat. October 31^st at 11 a.m. at St. Paul Baptist Church, Hwy 84 E Bainbridge, Ga.. Visitation will be Friday, October 30, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Collins Family Mortuary. Danielle was born July 18, 1987 to Joann Bell and Herbert Bell. She was a member of New Messiah Baptist Church and later changed her membership to Tabernacle Praise Ministries International.

She was a graduate of Bainbridge High School and attended Bainbridge State College. She worked for AT&T in Newport News.

She was preceded in death by a father-in-law, Elijah Harper, her grandparents, Louise and Johnnie Gaines Sr, and two aunts Lillie Mae Fagg and Roberta Jackson.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Elijah Giddens Sr,; a son Elijah Giddens Jr.; a daughter Destiney Giddens of Newport News; a mother and father Joann Bell and Herbert Bell of Bainbridge; mother-in-law Lillie Rogers of Rochester, N.Y.; two brothers-in-law, Adrian Harris(Tiffany) of Tampa, Fla., James Giddens of Rochester, N.Y.; two aunts, Lula Burke and Allie Mae Walker; two uncles, Bufford Gaines, and Johnny Gaines (Helen) of Bainbridge; godfather and godmother: Rev. Alfred Smith and Mrs. Smith; god sister, Sarah Fagg of Bainbridge; a devoted relative, Dr. David Akins and family of Norfolk, Va., and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
