Miss Blocker and Mr. Miller to wed in September

Tiffy Michelle Blocker of Bainbridge, and Joshua DeWayne Miller, of Attapulgus, are announcing their engagement and approaching marriage.

Miss Blocker is the daughter of Linda and Hayes McMillan and the granddaughter of the late Nolan Blocker. She graduated from Bainbridge High School in 2010 and is attending Bainbridge State College, where she is studying to obtain her RN degree.

She is employed as an assistant manager of Circle K.

The groom-to-be is the son of Ricky and Debby Miller and the grandson of Nancy Lowther, the late J.G. Cone Jr., the late Mrs. Nannie Cone, the late Lou and Carol Cutchens, and the late Mrs. Ollie Gibson. He is the great-grandson of Evelyn Harrell.

Mr. Miller graduated from Bainbridge High School in 2009, and is in business with his father.

The wedding is planned for September 16 at 5 p.m. at Swine Time grounds in Climax, where the reception will follow. Invitations have been sent to out-of-town guests. All family and friends are invited to attend.
