The SW Georgia Board of Realtors is proud to announce that Pat Harrell of Coldwell Banker Brock Realty  has been named its 2017 Realtor of the Year. 

Current President Charles Renaud noted that Ms. Harrell has always been the first to step up and help with any transaction, showing or staging with a fellow agent. 

Renaud noted that Ms. Pat has served on a multitude of committees, is a local director and was the past President for our organization.

Ms. Harrell holds a PhD in Education and worked in the Special Education field before retiring in 2000 to pursue a career in the field of Real Estate.   

Ms. Harrell has been very active in serving the Decatur County area.  She is credited with starting the Special Olympics in Decatur County and the Kiwanis Club, serving as their first President. 

She is very active in her church, serving in multiple areas, including the Hand Bell and Choir.

Renaud adds, “We could not have a better representative of our organization and congratulate Ms. Pat on a well-deserved honor.”
