James Warden “Jim” Reynolds, 79, of Bainbridge, Ga., passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

James Warden Reynolds was born October 21, 1938, in Lawrence, Indiana, the son of Jack W. and Madge Johnson Reynolds. He was a graduate of Lawrence Central High School. He moved to Southwest Georgia in 1960. Jim worked as a maintenance mechanic for Amoco Fabrics & Fibers, retiring with over 30 years of service. A lover of the outdoors, Jim spent much of his life in Bainbridge hunting and fishing among the woods and water in Decatur County.
Survivors include his loving wife of 57 years, Martha; his children, Tracy Ann Reynolds of Indianapolis, Ind., Trent Reynolds of Thomasville, Ga., Jeannie Benton of Bainbridge, and Kim Sellers and her husband, David, of Climax, Ga.; his eight grandchildren and his eight great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his sister, Jean Reynolds Chadwick.
