Sen. Dean Burke to be subject of Pilot Club Roast

Tickets are now on sale for an evening of fun and recognition of Decatur County’s own Senator Dean Burke, as the subject of this year’s annual Pilot Club Roast.
The event will be held Thursday, October 24, beginning at 7 p.m. at the Kirbo Center on the ABAC Bainbridge campus.
Tickets are available at $30 per person, or $300 for a table of 8 from any Pilot Club member, or by contacting the Pilot Club President, Shea Campbell at First National Bank of Decatur County.
The Pilot Club’s annual Roast fundraiser helps support local projects including: the Champs Program, Special Olympics, Salvation Army, Decatur County Library, Decatur County Seminole Training Center, Brain Minder Programs, Activities at the Don Duval Home and Sponsorship of the Bainbridge High School Anchor Club.
This year, a special raffle of several themed baskets will be held, with those proceeds going to the Cloud Kirbo Fund drive. Products Included in the raffle baskets are: a one week beach vacation with accessories, Georgia Bulldog basket for Him, Georgia Bulldog Basket for Her, Family Movie and Game night, Fall wreath and décor, Pampering.
There are additional opportunities to purchase an ad in the program for the evening to help support these community projects while enjoying dinner and some good natured ribbing of Dean Burke.
