Joseph O’Neal Stogner was born on February 29, 1972, in Brooksville, Fl., the son of Edward and Patsy Ruth Peak Stogner. Joseph was an all-around nice guy. He simply loved all aspects of life and never let anything keep him down. He also loved his family very much and kept them close to his heart at all times. Joseph was a man of nature. He found sanctuary and comfort stepping away from the city lights and being immersed with the great outdoors especially if he could get close to the water. Joseph’s favorite place to be was anywhere near the river, even if it was just sitting on the bank.
Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Brenda Stogner; his daughters, Jessica Stogner and Jordan Stogner; his step-sons, Kevin Miller and Eric Miller; his siblings, Cynthia Walden and Terry Stogner; and his grandchildren, Karisma, Jaylah, Benjamin, Katlynn, and Brooklynn. In addition to his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by his grandson, Bobby Ray.
