First National Bank is preparing for another season of globe-trotting, with the bank’s First Adventurers Travel Club meeting at the Kirbo Center on Thursday to discuss upcoming trips. First National partners with the travel organization Collette Travel to plan these vacations.
Jack Brinson, District Sales Manager at Collette, and First National’s Senior Vice President Lorenda Smith both addressed the crowd about upcoming trips: these include a tour of Scotland and England, from Edinburgh to London; a tour of California, including locations like Monterey and Yosemite; as well as a tour of the canyons of the American Southwest. There will also be trips to the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, as well as a Christmas trip to Chattanooga in 2024.
These trips are managed by a Collette tour manager, with, as Brinson described it, “nice” and “modern” accommodations. Those interested in going on one of these trips are not required to be a customer of First National Bank.
“Every time somebody calls me about trips, the first thing they say is, ‘Do I have to bank with you to travel with you?’ And I always say ‘No, but you’re gonna love me so much, you’re gonna want to bank with us!’” Smith joked.
More information will be available on upcoming trips on the First National Bank website on Monday.
