Realtors given tours of the Lofts at Chason Park

Local realtors and government officials were given tours of the newly completed Lofts at Chason Park on Thursday afternoon. Seven of the 21 apartments are currently taken. The Lofts are owned by Rivertown Development, a joint venture between Darrell Cox and Doug Young. The apartments include a kitchen with the necessary appliances, though additional appliances such as washing machines and dryers are not included. Rent for a one-bedroom apartment is $1,600 a month, while two-bedroom apartments can vary from $2,300 to $2,600 a month; this includes city utilities and internet. Additionally, the apartments feature a roof-top terrace, as well as a fire pit and grills available to residents.
