UPDATE: The individual has since been identified as 62-year-old Bainbridge resident Jeffery Bernard Little. It is believed by authorities that the body had been in the river days prior to being found.

An unidentified body has been recovered from the Flint River. No information on the deceased’s identity or the circumstances surrounding the death have been made available yet. The Post-Searchlight will provide updates on this as they become available.
