Friday morning, Rivertown Running held it grand opening at 214 E. Water Street. Chamber business owners and board members joined the event to celebrate the store’s opening. Courtney Harrison, owner of Flint River Nutrition, was stationed outside during the event to serve healthy beverages to customers. The store’s owner, Heath Sanders is excited about the grand opening. He stated, “We are big supporters of schools in Decatur County. We’re big fans of Georgia.” He continued, “What attracted us to come here was the camaraderie of all the dealers and merchants in the area. You really have a special thing going in Decatur County, Bainbridge. Coming from Cairo, we really enjoy the square and Water Street, and we look forward to serving the community.” Rivertown Running has good quality shoes to offer Bainbridge, so visit the store to check them out.
