Bainbridge, GA — First National Bank Bainbridge is proud to introduce its Youth Advisory Board, comprising 29 high school juniors and seniors from Bainbridge High School (BHS), who will serve a one-year term to gain valuable financial knowledge and help shape the bank’s future for their generation. Selected from a highly motivated group of applicants, these students will serve as representatives of their peers, providing insight into what young adults need from their bank and offering ideas on how to meet those needs better.

This board meets monthly, where First National Bank team members lead sessions on personal finance, budgeting, saving, and other crucial aspects of financial literacy to help prepare students for their financial futures. In addition to their advisory roles, these students volunteer their time to assist at bank events and functions, gaining hands-on experience in banking and community service. As a small token of appreciation, participants also earn a stipend for their dedication and contributions.

“We are thrilled to have such an enthusiastic group of young leaders who are passionate about learning and making a positive impact,” said First National Bank Bainbridge Market President Bert Hines. “Their involvement benefits the bank and enhances their financial skills and community engagement.”
