Memorial Hospital welcomed the first Decatur County baby of the year on Friday, January 3. Carmen Nikki Cox was born at 8:24 AM to mother Hannah Cox, weighing 6 pounds 12 ounces. Mother and daughter are pictured with Dr. Whitney Vance, Nurse Gaby Santiso, and tech Myra Hornsby.
