Clouds take office with Baptist Convention

Dr. Ken Cloud, director of missions for Bowen Baptist Association in southwest Georgia, was elected as one of four vice-presidents for the Georgia Baptist Convention at the association annual meeting held in Jonesboro, Ga., on Nov. 10 and 11.
Cloud will serve in the position for the coming year. He was also elected as president of the Georgia Baptist Director of Missions for the second year.
Cloud’s wife, Brenda Cloud, was elected as president of the Georgia Baptist Director of Missions’ Wives for the coming year. She also served as president of the Georgia Baptist Ministers Wives in 2003.
The Clouds live in Bainbridge.
The Bowen Association is comprised of Decatur, Seminole, Miller and parts of Early and Baker counties and has 39 churches and four missions.
