• David Lee Haywood, 38, 314 W. Troupe St., Bainbridge, no insurance, BPS;

• Makeitta Dewayne Russ, 36, 700 E. College St., Bainbridge, disorderly conduct, BPS;

• David Crawford Jr., 34, Donalsonville, Ga., probation violation, o/c reckless conduct, seatbelt violation, SO;

• Angela Christine Gray, 34, 1712 Twin Lakes Drive, Bainbridge, probation violation, o/c possession of methamphetamine, SO.
