YMCA installing new pool lift

Bainbridge-Decatur County YMCA interim CEO Mike Hanes, left, and YMCA maintenance director Frank Godwin, right, prepare to lower YMCA aquatics director Liv Waarren, seated on the new Pal Lift Portable Lift, manufactured by Recreonics Pool Equipment and Supply Company of Louisville Ky., into the YMCA pool. The lift was donated by Bruce and Cass Kirbo and the Kirbo Charitable Trust. The lift will enable individuals with disabilities and mobility impairments to have access to the YMCA’s pool.
